This Thursday was unusual for us. From the very beginning it was unusual for us. It was only Monday that the Udi started oozing from, even the statue and the photo inside the Mandir, besides the Udi oozing from the photos on the wall. We have very limited knowledge and could not make out the reason for it. It was not any important day for our family. It was not the birthday or the marriage anniversary for any one of us. The only reason we could find is that it was Somvati Amavasya on Monday.

Some time back Mrs Gupta ordered for a Pratima of Baba of Makrana Marble, in a sitting posture of Dwarka, from Jaipur. On Tuesday night we received a call from Mr. Rockey from Jaipur that he is sending the Pratima on Wednesday and I have to collect it from Bikaner House. At late evening of Wednesday the new Charans and the Pratima were cleaned. Charans were washed and put in a thali. The old charans, from which the Jal used to ooz was kept inside the mandir. Now see how Baba understand the intension of the devotee. Water oozed from the new charans in the thali and thali was filled with water and the old charans were dry. Before the start of pooja and the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani the old Charans and the Pratima made of Italian Marble were presented to the couple, who accompanied us to Hardwar and Badrinath. They took Baba to their home with full honour. It was the feeling that in that pratima Baba were smiling. This act was done before any body comes for Sai Amrit Vani as many devotees were very much eager to have these Pratima and Charans to their home.

There were very few males this Thursday for the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani, yet there was a firm and strong male voice reciting along with us. It was clearly not the voice of the males present there, as many devotees noticed it. In between there was jayekara ‘Bola Sai Nath Maharaj Ke Jay” in the same voice. This Jaykara is also not there in the cassette. Was this voice of Sai Baba HIMSELF?

After the Recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and before the Prayan of Sai Satcharitra there was a loud sound of horn of a vehicle on the road in front of our house and it diverted our attention. There was some traffic jam and the vehicle giving the horn was “Hospital on Wheels” . I saw such vehicle on the road for the first time. During the pooja on Thursday, Chapter 34 was read, It relates mainly to the illness and how Udi cured various diseases. It was a surprise how these two things are came together. Was Baba giving some indication or what, It could not be co-incidental? There were many devotees present with problems and requiring surgery, but not having the courage to go for it.

Mrs Veena Gupta does not incurage the devotees bring bhog with them as it is difficult to distribute it. One devotee bought mangoes for Baba, Mrs Gupta offered the mangoes to Baba and soon the mangoes were found to be sequesed and juice was on the lips of Baba and some near HIS feets. The devotee was so much pleased that She immediately went out to purchase more mangoes so that each devotee gets one after the pooja.

Sri Sai Amrit Vani started at 11.05 AM. Followed by brief Meditation and the prayer, Prayan of chapter 34, from Sai Satcharitra, was done. Mrs. Gupta offered prayers and thanks to Baba. Finally distribution of Prasad.

On 7th June we reached Hardwar along with another couple Mr. and Mrs Sethi on our way to Badrinath. It was Pooran Masi ( Full moon night), so there was a huge crowd of devotees to take a dip in the holy Ganga. We also had a bath on the Har ke Pauri at Hardwar and attended the Aarthi of Ganga there. It was a beautiful secne to see. In Hardwar we stayed at the Chawla Bhawan. They arranged a Ambassader car for us for Badrinath. On the 8th night we stayed at the guest house at Gopeshwar. From there Mr Batra along with his family accompanied us in another car to Badrinath. Mr Batra is an influencial political devotee and made arrangements of our visit to Badrinath. On 9th we had attended the Aartee of Badrinath Vishal , in the evening . In fact we had the opportunity to attend the Aartee twice on that day and had very close darshan of the Badrinathji both the time. We were also offered to attend the Abhishek in the morning, but it was a difficult task as one had to sit on floor for about 2 hours, which we both are unable to do. So we got the Prasad and the dress from Badrinath ji’s Abhishek. We also had the bath in the guest house from the water from the Tapt kund. We were at Badrinath, yet we were talking about Baba, Mrs Gupta made the request to Baba to give us good darshan at Badrinath ji, which HE did. At Badrinath we were all the time talking about Baba. Kids of Mr. Batra bought some lockets of Baba there and the same were also blessed by Baba. Udi appeared on the lockets, when they were placed for the blessings.

On 10th June we started back towards Hardwar. Mr. Batra stayed there for another day. We planned that we will travel upto SriNager (In Uttarakhand) on that day and reach Hardwar by 10 the next day morning. But unfortunately due to some traffic jam we could reach only upto Rudraprayag. We spend the night at Rudraprayag and started again at 7:30 AM from there.

On 11th June at 11 AM we were on our way to Hardwar in the Car, We four started the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani in the car itself. We all started together along with Mrs. Gupta and after some time as there was no uniformity so we did it of our own silently and then did the aartee together again. There was a lot of Udi appeared in the lap of Mrs Gupta. We three were there on the rear seat and Mrs Gupta was in the middle. Baba was with us. Traveling with us. Mrs Gupta prayed for all. This was the third time that Baba has shown this Leela of giving the Udi in the moving Car during the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Aartee. In the year 2004, we visited USA and our son was taking us to Florida from Atlanta. On Thursday at 11 AM we were travelling and the car was running at a very high speed on the highway. At 11 AM when Mrs Gupta did her recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and the Noon Aartee of Baba, Lots of Udi appeared in her lap from nowhere. Last time when we were in Goa, we were traveling to the Dugd Dara and Mrs Gupta did her recitation of Sai Amrit Vani and the Noon Aartee. Udi appeared in her lap.

We reached Chawla Bhawan in Hardwar after visiting Baba’s temple in Hardwar, At Chawla Bhawan when Evening Aatree was performed, Udi appeared on the Statue of Baba. Next day Aaloo Paratha was offered to Baba and Baba accepted a piece of it and Udi was there on the rest of it. Baba was there with us all the time, traveling with us. He does not need any conveyance, no Visa, no passport and reaches the devotees instantly.

Last week, on Thursday we were on our way to Hardwar from Badrinath and from 11 to 12 we were on the road, in the car, moving on the zig zag roads of the hills. Sorry I could not find time to write about it. I will write about it sortly.

This Thursday, was again usual for us with all the usual Leelas of Baba, Udi was oozing from different photos and pratima of Baba and holy water was oozing from the charans of Baba, so I am not repeating the details of the same. Except that during the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani, there was a laughting sound from the Cassette tape, which otherwise does not have such voice. Many devotees felt the same. The photo on the wall (face of Baba ) was also laughing. It is not one or two, but many devotees felt it. There were a large number of devotees present to recite the Sai Amrit Vani together,

              We are going to Haridwar and Badrinath on 7^th June and Hence will be in Hardwar/Badrinath on 11^th June ( Thursday). Recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani on 11^th June will be held at any place , where we are at that time  instead of Sidhartha Extension,New Delhi.  We will be staying at Chawla Bhawan, Khar Khari, Near Bheem Goda in Hardwar. There will be no mails from the us/yahoogroup during this period.

 

               There were a large number of devotees  present to recite the Sai Amrit Vani together, Mr. V K Bassi, the writer/compiler of Sri Sai Amrit Vani was also present. Mr. and Mrs  Ravinder Thota were  there from Canada. Ritu Rao, her mother and brother from Jaipur. They are the manufactures of Sai Baba Moorties. Many devotees placed order to them  for the moorties. They also brought some Pratimas of Baba for delivery. One Pratima, which was for Mrs Gupta was properly cleaned by Mrs Gupta and placed in the mandir and Baba immediately accepted the place.

 

               Baba repeated all HIS normal Leelas this Thursday also without any change from the last Thursday, so I am not repeating the same.

              We are going to Haridwar and Badrinath on 7^th June and Hence will be in Hardwar on 11^th June ( Thursday). Recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani on 11^th June will be held at Hardwar instead of Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi.

We have not decided the place although we will be staying at Chawla Bhawan, Khar Khari, Near Bheem Goda.

 

                 Last  Thursday Baba really scared us. There was no Udi from the photo and the Statue in the Mandir  till Wednesday. Usually Udi starts oozing from the photo and the Statue in the Mandir from  Wednesday morning. This time, may be to compensate, Udi from the Statue and the photo started oozing from Tuesday evening itself. Although Udi was oozing from the photos on the walls from Monday.

 

               Baba repeated all HIS normal Leelas this Thursday also without any change from the last Thursday, so I am also repeating the same.

This Thursday the  28^th May  2009,  we enjoyed the following Leelas of Baba.

 

1.     Udi started oozing from the photos on the wall from Monday and also forming the words  `RAM'  `SHAM' and  `OM' on one of them. Udi from the Statue and the photo in the mandir, also started oozing from Tuesday  and Hindi words `RAM'  `SHAM'  `OM'  were formed with Udi on the photo.

 

2.     Holy Water  started oozing from the Charans from Thursday early morning, A thali was place below the charans on Wednesday night itself.  This Thali was also emptied several times and it was getting filled up again. The taste of water here was also similar to gulab jal and kewara mix. This water was also given to  devotees .

 

3.     On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was duly accepted by Baba. We noticed that the Bhog , which was placed before HIM was partially eaten.

 

4.     A piece of Boondi Ladoo was there in the Bhiksha Patra.

 

5.     The feeling of Presence of Baba was very strong during the recitation of Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja and Prayer.

 

6.     Photos, papers  and documents, all which were placed before Baba, were blessed with Udi on them.

21st  May 2009 Jai Sai Ram                                  This Thursday Baba really scared us. There was no Udi from the photo and the Statue in the Mandir on Wednesday. At about 10 in the morning when Mrs. Gupta performed the morning Pooja that the Udi started oozing and we got the relief. Some times people (not true Sai Devotees, but pose themselves as great devotees) offend very much and compare themselves with others. No comparison can be made berween two devotes or persons . Each one has his own Karmas and Budhi (Mind), Just as no two students are equal and their marks in the exam differ, inspite of their best efforts. Some times the difference is quite big. Some devotees are of Positive thinking and they gain or take the good things from the other and some people, think themselves to be great, but are of negative thinging and will see every thing with suspicious, and will criticize with cooked stories and with Mirch (Red chillies) and Masala (Spieces). We should ignore such people and go ahead towards our goal towards Baba.

Every week we see some new faces, who come for the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani. For safty reasons we allow them in, with some introduction.
This time we had a visitor from the Board of Sai Temple, Rohini. And some Indian foreigners. Last time Mr Jayant of London was here with his team and they circulated the photos taken by them. This time again Baba repeated HIS Leelas with the difference that on Monday there was nothing and Udi Started oozing only from Tuesday.

I have already circulated the letters of the devotees for the prayers on 30th April 2009, Mrs. Veena Gupta ( Veena Maa as the devotees call her) prayed for all of them during the Pooja and the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and when the feeling of presence of Baba was very strong. Please address your requests for prayers only on email id veena_gupta_ 2000@yahoo. comand don’t bother all the 6300+ honorable members with so many letters. We will club the letters in 3 parts and circulate all the non-confidential letters to the members. Please don’t forget to mention that you will be reciting/reading or listening Sri Sai Amrit Vani with us on that Thursday (Any time, if 11AM to 12 is not possible).

Baba repeated HIS leelas this Thursday also, This Thursday the 30th April 2009, we enjoyed the following Leelas of Baba.

1. Udi started oozing from different sources from Monday and Hindi words `RAM' `SHAM' `OM' were formed with Udi on the photos. From Photo in the mandir, Udi started oozing from the photos on the wall from Tuesday and also forming the words `RAM' `SHAM' and `OM' on it. Udi from the Statue also started oozing from Tuesday.

2. Holy Water started oozing from the Charans from Thursday early morning, A thali was place below the charans on Wednesday night itself. This Thali was also emptied several times and it was getting filled up again. The taste of water here was also similar to gulab jal and kewara mix. This water was also given to devotees .

3. On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was duly accepted by Baba. We noticed that the Bhog , which was placed before HIM was partially eaten.

4. The feeling of Presence of Baba was very strong during the recitation of Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja and Prayer.

5. Photos, papers and documents, all which were placed before Baba, were blessed with Udi on them.

6. A big Photo of Baba, brought by the Trustee from Sai Mandir, Rohini was also blessed with Udi. This photo was presented to Mrs Gupta. It is a big beautiful photo of Baba. (Let us now see to whom it is passed on).

Sri Sai Amrit Vani started at 11.05 AM. Followed by brief Meditation and the prayer, Prayan of chapter 27, from Sai Satcharitra, was done. Mrs. Gupta offered prayers and thanks to Baba. Finally distribution of Prasad and the distribution of Udi and the Jal, which came from the charans of Baba.

Next Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Prayan of Sri Sai Satcharitra on 7th May 2009 will again be held at 19A, Pocket – B, Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi. It is the Lok Sabha election day in Delhi. Devotees interested in attending it in person may contact on phone nos. 26346942, 9868966605 or 9312494767 only after 11 AM and before 8 PM (IST) on any day except Thursdays and no calls on Thursdays P L E A S E . They should NOT bring any bhog with them and be in time. Kids are also not allowed in the hall. Mobiles have to be put on silent mode during the Pooja.                   Mr Jayant (JK) of London was here again this Thursday with his team and they brought a Pratima of Baba with them.  Baba again repeated HIS Leelas. It is the Lok Sabha election day in Delhi and it was a public holiday here,  and hence there was a large gathering of male devotees this time
