First of all I welcome all the new
members to this group. Let us all recite Sri Sai Amrit
Vani together and enjoy blessings of Baba. When you
feel the presence of Baba, near you, write to the
us/group.
On 7th Oct 2006 a Sai Bajan Sandhya is
going to be held in the lawns of Sidhartha Extension,
New Delhi. It will Start at 6 PM with Abhishek and
will end by 10 pm with the Aartee. Followed by dinner.
A profession singer has been hired to sing the Bhajans
of Baba. On earlier many Sai Sandhya Bajans, Baba has
shown HIS presence and this time also there is every
likelihood of HIS presence. Persons, who desires to
attend the function may contact us.
Thursday the 21st Sept was again a
normal Thursday with Usual Leelas of Baba which we
are able to see almost every Thursday. There was
nothing new but still I am repeating all for the
benefit of the new members.
Following devotees, participated in
absencia in the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani by
reciting Sri Sai Amrit Vani at their places. The list
is sorted as per their email id’s. However Mrs. Gupta
prayed for all the devotees. We include only those
devotees in the list, who themselves recite or read
Sri Sai Amrit Vani at their places. The names of the
devotees “for prayer”, are prayed for, but not
included in the list. Kindly mention clearly, against
each devotee’s name that he/she will recite or read or
listen to Sri Sai Amrit Vani, or only for prayers, If
no mention of it is made then it will be presumed
that the names are only for prayer and will not be
included in the list. Please also give the name of
the place.
This Thursday the 21st Sept, we were
able to see the following Leelas of Baba.
1. Udi started appearing and oozing from the photos
on the walls from Tuesday the 19th Sept. Hindi words
‘Ram’ ‘Sham’ and were there. On Wednesday it started
falling on the papers below. Udi also started oozing
in the mandir from photos and the statue. Hindi words
‘RAM’ and ‘SHAM’ were formed on the photo. Swastic
and OM were on many photos.
2. There was a lot of Water from the Charans this week
also. This water was collected in the Thali. The
taste of water was similar to gulab jal and
Kewara-Kesar. After Sai Amrit Vani, this water was
given to the devotees. Many devotees brought small
bottles with them and took this holy water home also.
Water was taken out many times and every time thali
was again filled up.
3. Lap of Mrs. Gupta was filled with lots of Udi
during the prayers.
4. The presence of Baba during the Sai Amrit Vani
was very strong and many devotees felt it during the
recitation of Sai Amrit Vani in different ways. Some
felt HIM sitting on the chair. Some felt sitting in
from of them. Some had Udi on their laps and
shoulders and so on.
5. Sri Sai Amrit Vani was so soothing that many
devotees felt very relaxed and when deep in it, took a
small nap in between. Can’t help it.
6. On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was
duly accepted by Baba and after the Sri Sai Amrit
Vani we noticed that the box, which was placed
before HIM was with partly eaten pieces and only
partly remained pieces and some engraved pieces of
items were there in the box, Part of Bhog was on the
lips of many photos and statue of Baba. Part pieces of
the remains in the box were given to the devotees who
offered that item of bhog to Baba.
7. All the boxes of Bhog which were kept on the table
were blessed with lots of Udi .
8. The Charnamrit, the water in which Baba took the
bath in the morning was also sweet as if some honey
has been mixed into it.
9. Photo of Baba brought by a dovotees, placed by
Mrs. Gupta was blessed with Udi and Udi started
oozing from it also.

Sri Sai Amrit Vani was started exactly
at 11:04 AM and Noon Aartee exactly at 12:00 Hrs.
followed by brief Meditation and the prayer, Prayan
of one Chapter from Sai Satcharitra. Prayers and
thanks were offered by Mrs. Gupta to Baba. Finally
distribution of Prasad, Udi and the water from the
Charans.
Next Sri Sai Amrit Vani on 28th Sept, again
will be held in Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi.
Devotees interested in attending it in person may

9312494767 only after 11 AM (IST) on any day except
Thursdays and no calls on Thursdays PLEASE. They
should NOT bring any bhog with them and be in time.
Kids are also not allowed in the hall.
Following listed devotees participated in
the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani ( in absentia)
and have either recited or read or listened Sri Sai
Amrit Vani at their places. Other devotees were also
prayed for but their names have not been listed here.

script also besides in Devnagri, English and Telgu, in

Subject: Satsang "No harm shall befall him who sets his foot on t he soil of Shirdi
I am posting this leela on behalf of a devotee.
Mr.X (name changed at the request of the devotee) was
not a ardent devotee of Baba, he used to visit shirdi once
in a while, he sleeps like a log and no power on earth
can wake him up.
During the present visit of Shirdi (1996) he was happy
and went round all the places leisurely where Baba
used to visit and then visited the Samadhi Mandir and
did some seva and he asked Baba to bless him to
earn his own food and not to depend on any one else,
in the sense he wanted to set up his own business and
he wanted to help others get employment.
So this was the prayer he had for Baba during his visit.
After a successful visit, he sat in the bus bound for
Hyderabad and the bus left Shirdi and was cruising at
a high speed every one was fast asleep. Mr.X was also
asleep and dreaming of the good time he had at Shirdi
and he felt very happy than ever before and he sleeps
like a log and was soon asleep, He never used to get up
in the middle oh his sleep, only in the morning when his
wife wakes him up or his children wake him up he wakes
up.
At around 2 in the midnight the bus was nearing Umanabad
and Mr.X suddenly woke up and wanted to attend a natures
call, he could not control himself, so he went to the bus driver
and asked him to stop the bus so that he can attend to the
natures call, He saw everyone was deep asleep in the bus
and so he got down the bus and went to the back of the bus
to ease himself, he saw fumes in the back side (this was a
AC bus) he immediately ran to the driver and told the driver
that fumes are coming from the rear side, the driver brushed
him aside and said it is winter and the weather is cold, and
so the fumes are coming, beliving the driver he went to attend
the natures call, before he could complete, he saw a fire in
the rearside and leaping upto 5 feet high, he immediatley ran
to the driver and informed him of the situation.
And without wasting further second both the driver and Mr.X
ran into the bus and woke up all the devotees, and most of
them were in deep sleep and immediatley they all got down
from the bus, the driver and Mr.X were the last persons to get
down, and they were standing about 5 feet away from the bus,
the flames were now touching about 20 feet high and the whole
bus was ablaze, the passengers had left everything in the bus.

Satsang Thought for the day
So many people who have been abused, neglected, and
or hurt in many other ways have great difficulty getting to
true forgiveness. The way to get stuck and block yourself
from forgiveness is to mistakenly believe that by holding
on to your anger, rage, and hate that you are getting
revenge upon the person you choose not to forgive. Nothing
could be further from the truth. Forgiveness is NOT about
justifying anyone's wrong behaviour, ever. Forgiveness is
not about forgetting. Forgiveness does not mean that you
have to reconnect or have the person you want forgive
involved in your life. Forgiveness is remembering and making
a choice to let go. The letting go is for you. Forgiveness is
a gift that you can give to yourself. If you continue to hold
the hurt, anger, and hate, you only hurt yourself. You are
not hurting the person or persons that hurt you. In order for
forgiveness to be possible it is necessary to stop blaming.
No matter how much we may have suffered as children we
will stay stuck in our pain as long as we continue to blame
our abusers for all that has gone asunder in our lives.
When we own our own issues, and when we realize that

most of the things we are not pleased about in our lives
are a direct result of our own choices, only this kind of
ownership of our issues will enable us to move forward
and to forgive.
